What do they need and want?
Figure out the specific challenges and desires your audience has. Create content that tackles their pain points and meets their needs, whether it’s offering solutions, information or inspiration.
How do they like to consume content?
Find out what platforms and formats your followers prefer—social media, long-form video, blog posts or podcasts. Adjust your content strategy to meet them where they are for maximum engagement and impact. By keeping these points in mind, you can create meaningful content that truly resonates with your audience.
If you're looking for a solid starting point, AI is an awesome tool to amp up your research! Just ask some targeted questions to AI-powered tools, and you'll get some great insights about your followers.

What demographics are most engaged with [your niche]?
What common interests and hobbies do [ target audience] have?
What challenges or pain points are [target audience] dealing with?
How do [target audience] like to consume content (video, articles, podcasts)?

What trends or topics are currently grabbing [target audience] attention?
As you use AI to start your research, remember to tailor your questions to your audience and goals and keep your questions conversational to get the best output. It’s also important to note that AI is not perfect, use your human touch to analyze the results and create a strategy that will work for you. By blending AI-driven research with a solid understanding of your target audience, you can really maximize your efforts and create content that’s genuinely valuable.
