POWER MOVES
Your guide to a winning Q4
Q4 is right around the corner! How are you feeling about hitting your goals and finishing the year strong? Are you feeling fired up and ready to crush it, or are you feeling a bit lost?
We've all been there. You set ambitious goals, but sometimes they seem so far out of reach that it's hard to know where to start. That's where a solid plan comes in.
Imagine this: it's the end of the year, and you're aiming for a major win—maybe launching a new product, doubling your revenue or even starting your own business. Without a plan, it's easy to get sidetracked and lose sight of your goals.
A plan is like a roadmap. It helps you navigate the twists and turns, stay focused and reach your destination. But it's not just about creating a plan; it's about creating a good plan.
Here's a simple 4-step process to help you craft a winning strategy:
Reflect: Look back on the last quarter. What worked well? What didn't? This will give you a clear picture of where you're starting from.
Assess: Identify the 5 most important things you need to do in the next 90 days to make significant progress. Keep it simple. Don't try to do everything at once.
Clarify: Turn those 5 actions into specific, measurable goals. Choose one goal that's wildly important and make it your top priority. Set deadlines and track your progress.
Execute: Break down your goals into smaller, manageable steps. Create a weekly or daily schedule to keep yourself on track. Review your plan regularly, stay focused, and adjust as needed.
Remember, a plan is a living document. It's not set in stone. As circumstances change, you may need to adjust your plan accordingly.
If you've never planned your quarter like this before, give it a try. It's a game-changer!
And if you’re looking for a system that was created specifically for crushing your business goals, the Quarterly Execution Playbook™ may be what you’ve been missing!
The Quarterly Execution Playbook (QEP) is your roadmap to success. It helps you:
Prioritize: Identify the most critical tasks for the quarter
Plan: Create a detailed weekly plan to keep you on track
Reflect: Conduct an end-of-quarter review to learn and improve

Revive your online business with this strategy
Let's get real, shall we?
The online business world lately has felt HARD. With the economy acting up and all those once-trusted strategies falling flat, it’s easy to feel like you’re in quicksand, sinking deeper with each attempt to move forward.
We’ve received so many questions over this last year asking if online businesses are even working anymore, if it’s time to throw in the towel and about the countless tactics popping up all over. And, honestly, the questions we’ve received were often things we’ve wondered ourselves. About this time last year, we realized what we had been doing simply wasn’t working anymore and set out to figure out what WAS. And that’s how our new strategy path came to life.
It’s called the Powerhouse Freedom Path and it shows you exactly what steps to take to build a foolproof business. Through Five Phases you’ll not only attract the RIGHT customers but then bring them to lasting transformation that makes them your superfans.
We’re breaking it down in today’s EBA blog post, Revive Your Online Business with this New Strategy.

MINDSET MATTERS
When less really does mean more
In today's fast-paced world, it's easy to feel pressure to do it all. We juggle multiple projects, responsibilities, and commitments, believing that multitasking will help us get more done.
However, research has shown that multitasking can actually be counterproductive. When we try to focus on too many things at once, our brains become overwhelmed, leading to decreased productivity, increased stress and lower quality work.
If you’re a solopreneur, this can be particularly problematic. If you’re trying to juggle too many projects or tasks, you may struggle to prioritize effectively and stay focused on your goals. This can lead to missed deadlines, incomplete work and a sense of overwhelm.
To overcome the pitfalls of multitasking, it's important to prioritize and focus on one task at a time. This doesn't mean that you can't work on multiple projects, but it does mean that you should give each project your full attention when you're working on it.
Here are some actionable steps to help you prioritize and focus:
Create a to-do list: Write down everything you need to do.
Prioritize: Rank your tasks from most important to least important.
Time block: Allocate specific time blocks for each task.
Eliminate distractions: Turn off notifications, close unnecessary tabs and find a quiet workspace.
Take breaks: Short breaks can help you stay focused and avoid burnout.
Delegate: If possible, delegate tasks to others.
By following these steps, you can improve your focus, reduce stress and increase your productivity. Remember, less is often more when it comes to multitasking. By prioritizing and focusing on one task at a time, you'll be better equipped to achieve your goals.

MARKETING FUN FACT
Did you know that the first-ever search engine, "Archie," was created in 1990 by a McGill University student named Alan Emtage? Before the internet as we know it existed, Archie was a groundbreaking tool for navigating the early web, searching through FTP sites.
