POWER MOVES
Last Minute Black Friday Magic

Black Friday is right around the corner, and it’s the perfect opportunity to rake in some extra cash. Even if you haven’t had time to plan a full-blown Black Friday strategy, don’t worry! You can still implement some quick and easy promotions to boost your sales.
Quick Wins for a Last-Minute Black Friday
Create a Sense of Urgency: Nothing gets people moving like a good old-fashioned countdown timer. Use flash sales, limited-time offers, or tiered discounts to create a sense of urgency.
Bundle Up Your Offers: Combine complementary products or services into irresistible bundles. Not only will this increase your average order value, but it can also simplify the buying process for your customers.
Reward Your Loyal Readers: Your email subscribers are your biggest fans. Reward their loyalty with exclusive discounts, early access to sales, or bonus content.
Leverage the Power of Social Media: Share your sale in your stories and Instagram reels! Run fun contests and giveaways to get people excited and boost brand awareness. Don't forget to encourage your followers to share your deals so you can reach even more people!
Personalize Your Email Marketing: Segment your email list and send targeted promotions based on their interests and past purchases. This personalized approach will increase engagement and drive sales.
Optimize for Mobile: Make sure your website and email campaigns are mobile-friendly. A seamless mobile experience is crucial for capturing on-the-go shoppers.
Simplify the Checkout Process: Remove any obstacles that might hinder the checkout process. Links that go straight to checkout may perform better than ones going to a sales page—keep it as streamlined as possible! For physical products, offer free shipping or free returns to encourage impulse purchases.
Remember, the key to a successful last-minute Black Friday promotion is to act quickly and decisively. Don’t overcomplicate things. Keep your offers simple, clear and enticing.
Here’s to a profitable Black Friday!

You Can’t Afford NOT to Think Big
It’s no secret that running an online business is tough work. From the never-ending to-do list to all the new tactics that seem to pop up every day that you have to somehow fit into your plans, it’s enough to make anyone’s head spin.
And while the work you’re doing is very important, it’s so easy to get focused on what needs to be done today that we forget about tomorrow.
But here’s the thing—when we get so caught up in the day-to-day, it’s like we’re spinning our wheels without actually going anywhere. And if we don’t know where we want to go, we’ll just stay there, caught in the day-to-day, spinning our wheels forever.
That’s why it’s so important to think BIG.
So what does thinking big actually mean when it comes to your online business, and how can you make sure you’re setting time aside for this big picture thinking? We’re sharing that in today’s EBA blog post, Why You Can’t Afford NOT to Think Big. If you’ve been feeling bogged down in the day-to-day or know you could use a refresh on what your big picture strategy is all about, this one is for you.

MINDSET MATTERS
Setting Boundaries as an Online Entrepreneur
In today’s digital world, the lines between work and personal life can get pretty fuzzy, especially for online entrepreneurs. With notifications, emails and social media messages constantly popping up, it can feel like you need to be on call 24/7. But chasing productivity this way can lead to burnout, stress and a drop in your quality of life.
Many online entrepreneurs struggle with the pressure to always be available. It’s easy to get lost in the hustle and forget to take care of yourself. To keep a healthy work-life balance, it’s crucial to set clear boundaries and create routines that let you unplug when you’re off the clock.
Here are some tips to help you escape the 24/7 grind:
Define Your Working Hours:
Set a Schedule: Establish specific work hours and try your best to stick to them.
Create a Dedicated Workspace: Having a separate workspace can help you shift mentally between work and personal time.
Turn Off Notifications:
Silence Your Phone: Mute non-essential notifications during your downtime.
Use Focus Apps: Take advantage of productivity apps to block distracting websites and apps.
Practice Mindfulness and Meditation:
Mindful Breathing: Take short breaks throughout the day to practice deep breathing and meditate.
Mindfulness Apps: Use apps that guide you through relaxation exercises.
Prioritize Self-Care:
Physical Activity: Get some regular exercise to help reduce stress and boost your well-being.
Hobbies: Make time for hobbies and interests outside of work.
Quality Sleep: Ensure you get enough sleep to recharge.
Communicate Your Boundaries:
Inform Clients and Colleagues: Let your clients and colleagues know when you’re available and how quickly you’ll respond.
Set Expectations: Be clear about your boundaries and stick to them.
Just a reminder: setting boundaries isn't selfish; it's super important for your long-term health and productivity. By putting self-care first and taking breaks from work, your setting yourself up for better success in the long run.
SHE MEANS BUSINESS
We are going to do something a little different this week. We have been bombarded over the past couple weeks with AMAZING updates from several of our members working hard to finish the year strong.
Here is just a snapshot of what is happening in our community right now:
“I cannot believe that I injected $14,630 into my bank account by following this launch plan! This has been a game-changer for my business, and I cannot wait to see where it goes. Thank you Ruth and team for making this possible!”
“Powerhouse is just incredible. It is so exciting to see my business come alive! From a concept to an actual launch date with all the steps in between. It is awesome. I can't believe that I am embarking on this journey and am a CEO of a company. It is HARD work, but SO worth it!”
“Thank you for this in-depth, detailed explanation of these very important steps in our businesses! I feel like it went from still feeling mostly theoretical to suddenly getting VERY real. That's both exciting and scary, but with all of the guidance you provided it was not nearly as scary as it might have been without it. Bit by bit I'm seeing my business transform into something I can really see becoming a sustainable way to make a living, which is an absolute dream come true and something I wasn't sure would ever actually happen for me!”
“This last intensive provided invaluable insights that helped me devise a solid plan for my continuity product. Not only did I gain clarity on my product strategy, but I also learned how to effectively launch a free gift to attract and engage my audience. The step-by-step guidance and practical tips are exactly what I need to take my online business to the next level.”
And all of these messages are AMAZING, but the truth is, they barely scratch the surface of what we see our students accomplishing. And as a caring (and sometimes borderline obsessive) coaching team, nothing makes us happier.
If you are a business owner that is feeling like you are on your own island, consider this your invitation to get plugged into a community and finish your year strong!
Whether you need support, encouragement, coaching or even just a kick in the pants… we have your back!
